ATTORNEY/Office Manager

Ben is an attorney, as well as the office manager at the Law Offices of Regina Skyer, where he combines his legal expertise with years of experience managing the office. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from CUNY Baruch College and his Juris Doctor from Touro's Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School. During his studies, Ben focused on civil rights, student advocacy, and education law, while gaining hands-on experience through the Special Education Pro-Bono Clinic.

As both an attorney and the office manager at the firm, Ben seamlessly combines his legal knowledge with his management skills to support the team’s mission of advocating for students with special needs. His unique dual role allows him to contribute both to the firm’s legal strategies and to the smooth running of daily operations.

Ben lives in Rockaway Beach with his wife and two children.
